The only required information is Name, City, State, Zip code, and some form of contact information (phone number or email address.)
However, you may make this listing stand out by adding information that makes it easy for potential customers to contact you and to understand a little bit about your specialties, your focus, your training or anything else that might help them decide to contact you.
There is also an option to upload your photo or logo. Your submission will go through a review process, so if you don’t know how to add links, don’t worry. Just give the webmaster the address of the link you want and she will insert it for you.
